As we celebrate the Fourth of July, we thank God for the gift of freedom and the blessings we enjoy in this nation. On this day of independence, we are reminded that true freedom is found in Christ alone. Galatians 5:1 says, “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.”

While we honor the courage and sacrifice of those who fought for our country’s liberty, let us also remember the One who gave His life for our eternal freedom. As believers, may we use our freedom not for selfish gain, but to serve others in love and reflect Christ’s light in our communities.

Let this Independence Day be a time of prayer, gratitude, and recommitment—to God, to each other, and to living as citizens of both this great country and His eternal Kingdom.
